Greetings! My name is Flavio Cervantes, and I am a skilled Windows OS System Engineer based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with extensive experience in IT infrastructure, monitoring solutions, and vulnerability remediation. I have strong expertise in deploying and managing enterprise systems with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune, ensuring security with Qualys, building custom solutions with PowerShell, and improving operational performance using Dynatrace and SolarWinds. My technology journey began with fixing iPhones at a mall while studying for a Computer Systems Technician Diploma at UEI College in Riverside. After completing my coursework, I landed a temporary help desk role, followed by a position as a field technician at Burlingame Industries for three years. I then became an IT Specialist II at ABSS Networks, where I developed my systems administration and project management skills. From there, I moved to San Manuel Band of Mission Indians as a System Administrator for the Surveillance Department for 2.5 years while working on my Associates degree in Math & Science. My most recent role is Sr. System Engineer II – IT Infrastructure at IEHP, and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
